Due to various unreliable interested parties, we have unfortunately now decided to only reserve our animals if the protection fee is paid in advance. A reservationwithoutDeposit is therefore unfortunately notmore is possible. After all, we have had to turn down several other interested parties who would have loved to have taken the requested animals. Please note that with your (reservation) request you agree to our reservation conditions mentioned here.

1) The amount of the deposit is 50% of the regular protection fee (for all animals)  and can be paid via bank transfer, PayPal or in cash. From the request to the deposit, animals can only be noted as requested for a maximum of 3 days. If no deposit has been received on the 3rd day, the requested animals will be returned to the agency and there is no longer any entitlement to them.

2) Will the animalsnotin the individually set pick-up period abhol a flat rate for accommodation, food and care in the amount of€2.50 per day and animalscheduled.

3) Atresignationthe deposit already paid will be deducted from the reservationnotreimbursed. In this case, however, we refrain from an obligation to accept the animals.

4) If, unexpectedly, one or more of the reserved animals can no longer be placed (deceased, sick, conspicuous, different sex from originally determined), there is a right to die full refundthe down payment orreplacement (individual).

5) We giveno guaranteeon to the correct onePheno- and genotype determination. However, this is always done to the best of our knowledge. If, for example, an animal that has already been paid for changes color or has been accidentally determined incorrectly, existsnoRight to a refund or replacement.

It should be mentioned that this is a private hobby breedingwithout any commercial interest. All income is fed back into breeding one-to-one and only covers a small part of the costs incurred by rearing.

Unfortunately we can toono guarantee or warrantyon the further course of the development of our animals. Our rats apparently leave us healthy, and we act to the best of our knowledge and belief.
